2. GvG Damage Reduction Modification
    -All Misc Damage type skills now have -20% reduction on WOE/GVG instead of original -40%.

2. Modified the following Skills for balancing
    
    Sniper:
    ~All Traps have increased HP of 100,000
    ~Land Mine
        -New Skill Formula, [Skill_lv * ((DEX*50) + (INT*50) + (LUK*50))] = Mine damage
        -Increased Range on which you can place the trap (now 4 Cells)
        -You can now place the trap under the feet of your enemies
    ~Blast Mine
        -New Skill Formula, [Skill_lv * ((DEX*50) + (INT*50) + (LUK*50))] = Mine damage
        -Increased Range on which you can place the trap (now 4 Cells)
        -You can now place the trap under the feet of your enemies
    ~Claymore Trap
        -New Skill Formula, [Skill_lv * ((DEX*60) + (INT*60) + (LUK*60))] = Trap damage
        -Increased Range on which you can place the trap (now 4 Cells)
        -You can now place the trap under the feet of your enemies
        -You can now stack Claymore Trap but trap damage cannot be stacked as it will destroy all other traps in the area of effect.
        -Claymore Trap have 100ms CD (not reduceable by dex/items) and animation locked

        -Increased Range on which you can place the trap (now 4 Cells)
        -You can now place the trap under the feet of your enemies


    Stalker:
    -Reduce Strip FCP Bypass chance from 5% to 2%.
    ~Removed Hide Status Skill requirement for casting Raid.

        -New attack animation & attack mechanics for Backstab
        -Backstab can now Crit
        -Increase Backstab Damage by +120%
        -New Backstab does double hit when used with a dagger
        
        
    Creator:
    ~Bio Canibalize(Summon Flora)
        -All Summon now inherit the Summoners HP , [((MasterHP / 2) *skill_lv)  + BasedLevel * 10] = Summon HP
        ~All Summon's Attack is based on the Summoners [((INT*22) + (STR*22))*skill_lv + BaseLvL*10]= Attack damage
        -All Summon now have increased stats
        -Parasite Summon now uses Long range Wind Attack skill

    ~Acid Demonstration
        -Formula change now more focus on Enemy VIT, (7(*vit*4)*int*int) / 18*(vit+int) 
            -VIT = Enemy VIT
            -INT = Your INT
        -Removed 50% Reduce damage when hitting player restriction. This is reverted upon implementation. (in short not implemented anymore)
        
    Lord Knight:
    ~Soul Linked
        -Allow Lord Knight to use Parrying while equipping Mace type weapon
        
        
    Whitesmith:
    ~Soul Linked
        -Allow Whitesmith to use Parrying while equipping Mace type weapon
    
    ~Throw Tommahawk increase damage by 550% from 500%.
    
4. Modified the following items for Balancing.
    ~Glare Dragon Bow
        -Increase Double strafe 3% damage when equipped by stalker per refine rate. (from 1%)
    ~Dragon Bow
        -Increase Double strafe 3% damage when equipped by stalker per refine rate. (from 1%)

        -Modified Cooldown of Claymore trap to 200ms, from 100ms.
